As expected, Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter signed House Bill 404a into law this afternoon, the emergency legislation that formally evicts the Occupy Boise encampment from the grounds in front of the old Ada County courthouse, across from the Idaho Statehouse.

Otter has set a deadline of Monday, Feb. 27 at 5 p.m. for Occupiers to vacate their permanent camp from state property.
