Police were called to a Kimberly address Aug. 16, responding to a call of a man not being dressed appropriately outside home ... and oh, yes, he was pointing a rifle at passersby.
David Crumrine is being held on $25,000 bond at the Twin Falls County Jail.
The Twin Falls Times-News said neighbors warned Crumrine wasn't dressed appropriately when he was prancing around his front yard in his underwear. Eyewitnesses said Crumrine went inside his home to put on a pair of shorts. That's when he also grabbed a .22-caliber rifle. Crumrine's wife told police that her husband had bought the weapon earlier that day.
In the ride to the jail, law enforcement said Crumrine threatened to shoot the police officers as well.
He's charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The fashion police will deal with him later.
