21-year-old Travis Kork is charged with aggravated assault.

A Boise man is behind bars, accused of driving around East Boise on Aug. 18 and waving a gun at teenage boys.

The man, 21-year-old Travis Kork, is charged with aggravated assault. Officers said they also had evidence to suspect that Kork may have been drinking prior to the gun-waving incident.

Three boys told Boise Police that they had been riding their bikes in the neighborhood near East Parkcenter Boulevard and East Pennsylvania Street when the driver of a maroon Subaru slowed down and drove next to them, waving a gun and making threatening comments. Using the description of the vehicle, Boise Police tracked down Kork at his home.
