Boise Woman Locked Up For Harboring Fugitive

A Boise woman is behind bars, charged with harboring a fugitive.

Boise Police say they arrested 35-year-old Angela Rupe this morning for hiding a wanted person. Officers said they had even warned Rupe in June that if she was caught in the fugitive's company, she would be busted.


Woodrow Hiedeman is charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and drug parapphenalia.

Boise Police also report that they arrested 31-year-old Woodrow Hiedeman overnight after a witness said she spotted Hiedeman breaking into a car near East Carter Avenue. When law enforcement arrested Hiedeman a short time later, they say they also seized syringes, spoons and a small amount of meth.
