Trick or Treat: Boise Police Book Multiple Felonies

Boise Police had a very busy weekend, resulting in multiple felony arrests including:

Tyler Fust, 23, is charged with DUI.

Tyler Fust, 23, of Boise, whom police said was driving the wrong way on the I-184 connector near River Street early Sunday morning. Law enforcement said Fust failed several sobriety tests and a check through Boise City records indicated Fust had prior convictions for DUI, making his latest charge a felony.

David Wesley, 19, is charged with drug possession and underage drinking.

Late Saturday night, Boise Police stopped a vehicle near Broadway Avenue and West Beacon Street. A K-9 named Diesel alerted officers of the likely presence of drugs. A search netted alcohol, digital scales and a baggie of Oxycodone. Law enforcement charged a passenger in the car, 19-year-old David Wesley of Boise, with drug possession and underage drinking.

Brian Plant, 22, is charged with burglary and grand theft.

Friday night, Boise Police charged 22-year-old Brian Plant of Boise with burglary and grand theft after allegedly trying to steal drugs from a pharmacy on the 100 block of East Bannock. Officers said they recovered more than 100 prescription pills of Dronabinol and Marinol.

Bryce Tremblay, 38, is charged with eluding, malicious injury to property and destruction of a telecommunications device.

Sunday afternoon, Boise Police responded to a report of a fight in East Boise, but as they arrived, they spotted a suspect taking off in a pickup truck. Police gave chase, topping speeds of 70 mph. Police ultimately used a taser to subdue the suspect and recovered a handgun from the suspect's vehicle. Bryce Tremblay, 38, is charged with eluding, assault, malicious injury to property and destruction of a telecommunication device for allegedly breaking a phone being used by a victim to contact police.
