Tennessee Man Hauled Back to Boise on Grand Theft Charge

Marcellus Clay, 39 is charged with grand theft.

A suspect was transferred Wednesday from Memphis, Tenn., to the Ada County jail, where he was locked up on an outstanding felony warrant for grand theft.

Law enforcement said 39-year-old Marcellus Clay was wanted for allegedly stealing two money orders, valued at more than $1,000, from a Boise home in June of this year.

Travis Fulgham, 24, is charged with drug and drug paraphernalia possession and an outstanding parole board warrant.

Boise Police also assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents Wednesday as they raided a Garden City Home and seized meth, a syringe, spoon and cotton with meth residue on them.
