George Moore, 34, is charged with DUI, hit and run and driving without privileges.

An Emmett man cooled his heels at the Ada County lockup Sunday night after Boise Police said he drove his pickup through several stop lights, drove into a yard, damaged landscaping and the grass, and kept driving until he came to a stop in a parking lot near Cassia and Latah streets.

Police said 34-year-old George Moore failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .27 blood alcohol content at the Ada County Jail. A check through Boise records indicated that Moore had prior DUI convictions and was suspending from driving.

Moore is chaged with felony DUI, hit and run, and driving without privileges.
