Motorists should take note of one of the region's largest motorcycle formations scheduled for Sunday, June 2.
Approximately 1,000 bikers are expected to take to Interstate-84 near Meridian at 11 a.m. and head to Mountain Home.
It's all part of the fourth annual Patriot Thunder motorcycle ride, supporting the Idaho Army National Guard and the Wyakin Warrior Foundation.
Police escorts will not let any outside traffic join in the middle of the formation and the Idaho Transportation Department advises drivers to take alternate routes or avoid driving at the same time.
The Patriot Thunder attendees will leave Mountain Home at 3 p.m. and head back, in formation, to the Treasure Valley, ending the ride at the Nampa War Hawk Museum at 5 p.m.
