Boise Man Booked For DUI After Rear-Ending Fire Engine

A Boise man is behind bars, charged with felony DUI, after police said he rear-ended a Boise Fire engine in a parking lot the evening of July 21.

Police said the suspect appeared to be very intoxicated and failed several field sobriety tests, blowing a .18 blood alcohol content level. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior DUI convictions.

59-year-old Peter Hall of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony DUI.

Boise Police said they had to deal with another intoxicated man, this time at Rhodes Park just before midnight July 20. The park is closed to the public after 11 p.m.

Officers said as they approached the suspect, they noted that he was drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Police said the suspect became aggressive as officers began to issue citations for the violations. At one point, the suspect allegedly kicked an officer and had to be physically restrained.

30-year-old Rudolpho Camarillo of no known address was booked into the Ada County lockup on a felony county of battery on an officer, and misdemeanor charges of resisting and obstructing, open container violation and being present in a city park after closure.
