Police Blotter: Would-Be Burglar and Drug Charges in Traffic Stop

Kaitlyn Harvey, 18, and Kyle Todd, 25, are each charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Boise couple is behind bars, each charged with drug possession, following an early morning traffic stop.

Boise police, on patrol this morning, said they observed a vehicle cross the center lane into the oncoming lane on two occasions on Broadway Avenue.

When officers approached the vehicle, a Boise police K-9 indicated the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed meth, a pipe and other paraphernalia.

Kaitlynn Harvey, 18, and 25-year-old Kyle Todd, both of Boise, are each charged with a felony count of meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Frederick Adolphsen, 19, is charged with burglary and minor consumption of alcohol.

Also this morning, Boise police said they witnessed a man laying part way out of his car on the 1100 block of North Eighth Street. Law enforcement said they obtained evidence that indicated the suspect intended to enter the vehicle to steal property. The suspect, under the age of 21, was also accused of drinking alcohol.

Frederick Adolphsen, 19, of Boise, was charged with a felony count of burglary and minor consumption of alcohol.
