Suspect Charged With Possessing Explosives, Endangering Children

New charges were filed today against Joshua Finch, 32, of Boise, who made headlines Nov. 6 when he was discovered to be in possession of "potentially explosive" material after Boise Police searched his home in connection to felony kidnapping charges. 



The charges, filed Nov. 21, include felony unlawful possession of a bomb or destructive device, felony unlawful possession of a firearm and two felony counts of injury to a child. 



Finch is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Fourth District Court Friday, Nov. 29. The new charges are in addition to the felony counts of kidnapping and probation violation already filed against Finch.
