10-10 Ordinance Not in Effect For Blue And Orange Game Day at Boise State

The Boise Police Department is reminding attendees of the annual Boise State University Blue and Orange Spring Game Saturday, April 12, to be safe—and to be aware that the 10-10 Zone ordinance will not be in effect.

The 10-10 ordinance permits alcohol to be carried in opaque plastic containers without logos in the section of Julia Davis Park north of the Friendship Bridge leading to Boise State Campus and west of Broadway Avenue between 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Broncos regular football season game days.

The Blue and Orange scrimmage is not a part of the  Broncos' regular season, and open containers will not be allowed in Julia Davis Park or the surrounding neighborhood.

The Blue and Orange Spring Game is a series of pre-season events that includes the scrimmage, which takes place at 5 p.m. at Bronco Stadium pitting the Bronco's No. 1 offense and defense against the No. 2 offense and defense. Other events include Youth Optimist football signups from 1-5 p.m. and the Bronco Family Fest at the Allen Noble Hall of Fame Plaza from 3-5 p.m.
