Boise State Radio’s "Art and Soul" series sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Idaho Commission on the Arts just released their 2009/2010 lineup, and we must say, the artists, musicians and ... rawhide braiders scheduled this season are pretty top notch. Though it might seem hard to one-up last year's interviews with living Idaho greats like Tony Deorr, Garth Claassen and Charles Gill, here’s a taste of what’s in store for public radio art enthusiasts beginning this Wednesday, August 5 (in alphabetical order):

-Jill Aldape, Oinkari Dancer, Boise
-Mary Clearman Blew, Writer, Moscow
-Jim Cockey, Composer, McCall
-Vince Crofts, Musician, Firth
-Steve Derricott, Rawhide Braider, Boise
-Molly Hill, Painter, Boise
-Jim Loney and Colleen McNutt, Artists, Moscow
-Ron McFarland, Poet, Moscow
-Aage Nielsen, Musician, Boise
-Philomena Nomee, Bead Worker, Coeur D’Alene
-Amy O’Brien, Dancer, Boise
-Troy Passey, Artist, Boise
