music So Maybe Aerosmith Isn't Going Tylerless

Reports across the Web are contradicting Monday's—and Joe Perry's and my—assertions that Steven Tyler is leaving Aerosmith.
According to, um, everyone, Tyler is not retiring from the band. During a Joe Perry Project show (Perry's side project) in New York, Tyler announced he is sticking around. Via MTV.com, Tyler said, "New York, I want you to know I'm not leaving Aerosmith. Joe Perry, you are a man of many colors. But I, mother——er, am the rainbow."
Then TMZ caught both senior rockers after the show. With Perry's reaction, you have to wonder which rumor he would have preferred was true ... just sayin'.
