Eats Yen Ching Bakery: Here One Day, Gone the Next

Just as suddenly as it came on scene, it was gone.
Yen Ching Bakery, which opened last month, has shuttered. In an e-mail to Boise Weekly, owner Mike Chou cited unforeseen circumstances and said he is "working diligently to re-open sometime in the near future."
