Crazy Week of Shows is Crazier Than We Imagined

Posted By on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 3:46 PM

Last Thursday, we preemptively warned you guys about the upcoming show-pocalypse. Beginning tomorrow with XIU XIU, tUnE YArDs and Scout Niblett at the Neurolux, a back-to-back rock-splosion of rad indie shows will ricochet through downtown Boise and Garden City. Well, it turns out things are even more severe than we initially predicted.

User petepetersenjazz reminded us that Portland, Ore. Blues singer-songwriter Ellen Whyte will also be performing at Pengilly’s on Friday, March 26, at 9:30 p.m. with keyboardist Glenn Holstrom and former Boisean Pete Petersen on sax.

And to further complicate your Friday show schedule, Jaclyn Brandt, marketing manager with Underground Uncovered Productions, reminded us that Every Time I Die will also be at the Venue this Friday, March 26, with Four Year Strong, Polar Bear Club and Trapped Under Ice.

Better stockpile some Sparks and earplugs, this is gonna be a long ride.
