Tiger's Advice From Afar

Posted By on Fri, Apr 9, 2010 at 4:19 PM

It seems like Tiger Woods is getting all sorts of advice from above.

First, there was the controversial Nike ad in which his late father’s voice asks a somber-looking Tiger what he was thinking and if he learned anything.

Then, it was a privately owned plane that flew three banners over the Augusta National Course, where Tiger is competing in the Masters. The plane toted three different signs over the course of the day, including one that read, “Sex Addict? Yeah. Right. Sure. Me Too!”

Today, FAA officials, at the urging of the esteemed tournament, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the proselytizing plane and grounded it on the basis of a seatbelt infraction.

It doesn’t seem to be getting to Tiger though, considering he’s among the leaders in the second round of tournament.
