Outdoor Music On The Cheap

This year's Boise Spectrum Thursday Night Summer Concert Series kicks off on June 17 and carries on each respective Thursday night through July 29. The concerts are FREE and take place in the Edwards 22 Spectrum courtyard from 6-9 p.m.

June 17: Get down with disco ducks $oul Purpo$e

June 24: Dance the forbidden dance with samba/funksters Sambada

July 8: Houston, we don't have a problem if you love classic rock covers courtesy of Pilot Error

July 15: Hitch your pants high and thrash to the punk bluegrass of California band Old Man Markley

July 22: Unearth this roots/reggae double-header with Rizing Rezistance and Voice of Reason

July 29: Bring some toast so you can jam out on another twofer with Audio Moonshine and Soul Serene

In other cheap-ish music news, through June 15, tickets for the Idaho Center Warped Tour stop on Friday, Aug. 13, are only $25 (they are regularly priced at $32 adv. or $35 doors).
