
Health Magazine recently published a list of the top 10 vices that are actually a good thing. Turns out that dark chocolate and wine habit isn't quite so bad (in moderation of course), and it's OK to sleep in, put some fatty dressing on your salad and go out for a night on the town with your friends.
Just think, now you can feel fully justified—validated even—when you raise some hell this weekend, drinking yourself into a stupor, which you can sleep off the next morning, and then rise to drink a pot of coffee. Well, kind of.
