Everybody's Cuttin' Footloose (Everybody)

Posted by Amy Pence-Brown on Thu, Sep 2, 2010 at 3:34 PM

This YouTube video has been waltzing about the Internets for about a week now and was created by Martin from the U.K. "Dancing at the Movies" is a compliation of 40 dance scenes from some of the most popular films of all time, set to Kenny Loggins' "Footloose" (a classic itself). From Moulin Rouge and Happy Feet to West Side Story and Mary Poppins, many of your favorites are in there, including Jamie Lee Curtis in her skivvies and Kevin Bacon in his tight jeans. Not only does the video jitterbug you down memory lane over the course of four minutes, it'll bring a smile to your face and, at the very least, a tap to your toes. It did more than that for our little family— we watched it three times in a row before school this morning which resulted in a booty-shakin' breakfast and a few fun additions to our Netflix queue.
