That's right Boise, it's "that time of the month" again. No, I meant Story Story Night, what did you think I was talking about?
Other than The Broncos, the once-monthly event is probably Boise's biggest hit. It consistently packs hundreds into The Linen Building to hear bizarre stories and confessions that range from heartbreaking to hysterical. Everything from what it was like to leave war-torn Bosnia to start a new life in America, or what it's like to cower on top of the dining room table, naked, as a giant snake is loose in the house, or even what it's like to have your family kidnapped, apparently to be used for a human sacrifice.
Story Story Night never disappoints.
Tonight's theme is Going Home, featuring stories from Matt Erpelding and Angela Baker, followed by a story slam, wherein names are drawn from a hat to tell a story on the theme. It starts at 7 p.m. and costs $5.
