If you aren't headed to this year's SXSW music/film/comedy festival, we feel for you. SXSW's siren song draws hundreds of thousands of people to ultra-hip downtown Austin, Texas, where this year more than 2,000 acts will spread out across 92 stages from March 15-20.

However, you can get a little taste of the event even if you can't be there. SXSW is offering a free music sampler on iTunes. Click on itunes.com/sxsw (you'll need to have iTunes installed) and get music from Hayes Carll, Le Butcherettes, Lucinda Williams, Talib Kweli and Toro y Moi and the likes of G. Love, Bright Eyes and Foster the People, all of whom will perform in Boise in the coming weeks. The sampler contains 21 tunes in all.
