Need Something To Do Wednesday?

Posted By on Wed, May 25, 2011 at 7:00 AM

What you eat effects everything from your energy level to your mood to your lifespan. And while it's all well and good to say you want to eat healthier, it's a difficult rule to adhere to once the cart hits the aisle. The grocery store is a complex place with tens of thousands of products. Add the muzak and the melee of shoppers and it's easy to get overwhelmed. Shoppers often get a face full of nutritional labeling—WTF is sorghum?—and fall back on old habits.

That's why the good folks at First Line Health created free Healthy Shopping Tours. They'll take you on a guided trip through the market and get to the bottom of that sorghum mess once and for all.

The tour occurs today and Wednesday, June 1, at 10 a.m. Visit firstlinehealth.org for more info and call 208-867-5589 to RSVP.
