Need Something To Do Monday?

Writing about repeating events can be difficult. Sometimes you've said all you have to say and yet must keep writing about it anyway.

Why?

Because the event is awesome.

That's definitely the case with Story Story Night, the monthly storytelling series at The Linen Building. We've told you how great the stories are, how intimate the setting is, how packed the house gets, what a great bargain it is, how funny it is, how poignant and how all-around kick-ass in general it is. It happens month after month and is frustratingly fabulous every time.

This month's featured storytellers are Larry Chase, Brook Slee and Molly Mettler. Tonight's theme is "Air," followed in the coming months by "Fire" and "Water," and then presumably Captain Planet. Mettler will be talking about the time she piloted the Goodyear Blimp, so you know it's going to be good and weird—as usual.

Story Story Night gets going at 7 p.m. and costs $5. Get there early unless you like standing.
