Alton Brown Again: Molecular Gastronomy is Not Food

Food trends come and go.

Here is renowned chef Alton Brown putting the smack down on molecular gastronomy during the American Culinary Federation's 2011 National Convention.

He might have just been playing the crowd of mostly old-school chefs but he makes some great points.
