Need Something To Do Sunday?

Stick figures are awesome. Circle heads, line bodies, deformed attempts at fingers and feet—they're the reason playing hangman is fun. Add in some squiggly lines for hair and triangle skirts, and you may end up with the piece de resistance of your sketch portfolio.

Bring your stick-figure talent to the Visual Arts Collective today, where Dr. Sketchy's of Boise (billed as an "anti-art school") will present Fabulous Phenoms: Live Model Drawing Studio. For $5, you can translate the image of a model clad in super-heroesque attire into a striking work of lines and circles. Prizes are awarded based on creativity, so channel your inner Picasso and let your mind go wild.

Drawing supplies will be available for purchase, or you can bring your own box of Crayolas, charcoal or whatever. All levels of artistic ability are welcome.
