Shades Drops New Album, Clear Motions

Though it held down opening duties at Atomic Mama's EP release party last week, Boise band Shades dropped its own album today.

Clear Motions, the debut from the group, is available for download via iTunes and Synthemesc-Recordings, the nom-de-music for New Jersey electronica producer Jim Smith, better known as TEEEL.

The album features 12 tracks of dreamy, reverb-drenched vocals and beats well-suited for a hookah bar. You can check out the video for the first single, "Ghostlike," below.
