Gone are the days when eating food from a truck was a sketchy culinary excursion that would occur only after mass quantities of alcohol. Thank goodness, the food truck revolution has put grub that you won't regret on four wheels. Today, you can sample concoctions from some of Boise's best trucks at the monthly Food Truck Rally at MK Nature Center.

You can indulge in tasty goodness from A Cupcake Paradise, Archie's Place, Big Daddy BBQ, Boise Fry Company, Brown Shuga Soul Food, B29 Streatery, Calle 75 Street Tacos, Dippin' Donuts and Riceworks. The MK's parking lot will be transformed into a foodie party with beers from Payette Brewing and live music.

But be forewarned: Parking may be a bit tricky. Which is why you should take two-wheeled transportation. Attendees who arrive on bicycles will receive $1 off their first beer. The fun goes from 5-9 p.m. Visit the rally's Facebook page for more info.
