After weeks of anticipation, Treefort Music Fest announced its complete lineup today. The full list includes essential indie groups The Walkmen and Yacht, which join previously announced headliners Animal Collective, Youth Lagoon and Sage Francis.

Also returning to the Treefort main stage will be favorites Portland, Ore., indie orchestra Typhoon, and one of the breakout stars of last year's festival, Bay Area mope-hopper K.Flay.

In addition to those headliners, Treefort announced a butt-ton more bands, bringing the total number of acts in the festival to more than 240. The complete list of new additions can be found below, but some of highlights include:

Hillstomp: a Portland, Ore.-based junk drums and slide guitar duo who make you want to do what their name says and stomp through the hills. Their song "Graverobber's Blues" has a riff no credible guitar player should be without.

Aan: Fresh off a series of dates with Built to Spill, one of Portland, Ore.'s most melodically complex bands and a local favorite will return.

Truckasauras: The band is called Truckasauras. A name like that can only go horribly wrong or horribly right, and we're leaning toward the latter. The addition of Truckarsaurus also now makes it a three-way tie for best band name of the festival between Truckasauras, Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt and Rollersnakes.

There are also a grip of local bands that will be playing, including Hillfolk Noir, Little Miss and the No Names, Red Hands Black Feet, Teens, Hollow-Wood and many more. But there are a few worth pointing out for reasons other than just their tunes.

Tuck Nelson, the panda-powered former leader of garage-rock duo Le Knots is on the bill, which is a bit of a thing, since Nelson is currently living in London. This is a rare chance for any of his fans to catch a live show.

Another big return will be that of local band The Gunfighters. No one in the band is living abroad, but the group's frontman Spencer Sanders only recently emerged from a coma after sustaining a massive head injury from a fall. Sanders lost a good deal of his memory and motor skills and has had to relearn how to play the guitar, something he seems to be doing quite well with. His appearance at a recent open mic at The Crux brought down the house.

And then there's Memory Smoker, Boise's only band to play homemade analog synthesizers the size of a Volkswagen. Because of the immense amount of time it takes to set up the band's gear, this will be only its second performance ever. Make sure to catch it.

If many of these names sound like Greek to you, that's OK. It's a lot to take in all at once. There are some great playlists going on Spotify that you can use to help you plan your attack.
