Mozart was one of classical music's greatest composers. One of his last fully realized pieces was the Clarinet Concerto—a subtle game of chess between a clarinet soloist and an orchestra.

This afternoon at the Cathedral of the Rockies, Boise Baroque Orchestra will perform the piece, along with Christoph Willibald Gluck's Overture and Dance of the Blessed Spirits and William Boyce's Symphony No. 5. The concert begins at 2 p.m., and tickets cost $17-$22.

On clarinet will be Erin Voellinger, a native of Denver, Colo., who has been playing with Boise Philharmonic since 2007.
