For the latest Brown Bag Lecture series installment, Mike Higgins and Les Tipton will be discussing the history of the El Dorado ditch in eastern Oregon. The ditch took 15 years to build - the work took place from 1863 to 1878 - and they will have photos and stories galore to present about the achievement.
