The original Banbury subdivision in Eagle is defined by generous 1-acre estates and houses that range from about 3,000 square feet to a whopping 10,000 square feet. Pros: Family-ready floor plan. Spacious landscaped yard and private pool.

Cons: Interior color scheme needs updating. Oversized kitchen island makes room feel cramped.
