Laws targeting aggressive panhandling walk in the shadow of past litigation

Boise Weekly found that annual efforts to curb homelessness are easily rivaled by recent legal fees spent to defend the city against lawsuits filed as a result of decisions surrounding homeless issues.
According to April 3 announcement, "The (Boise City) Council also will explore alternative options for addressing connectivity and transportation concerns."
