The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Sept. 16 put the final nail in the coffin when it unanimously upheld a federal district court decision finding the law was invalid on the grounds it violated the federal National Labor Relations Act.

So much for negotiating. Idaho ground water users announced just a moment ago that they've filed suit against the State of Idaho.
The suit is in reaction to the water shut-off letter sent by the state last week.

The state's largest daily paper continues its lawsuit against the Idaho Business Review.
At issue is who gets to publish legal notices, those bland but lucrative ads that appear in the back pages of both newspapers.
Today, both papers were in court.
