Micahel Punke can't grant any interviews about his book or even sign copies of his bestseller. It turns out federal ethics rules prohibit him from any activities that would be "self enriching, according to The New York Times.
The biggest cheers Thursday morning came from the makers of The Revenant, which pulled down 12 nominations, more than any other film this season, including Best Picture, Director, Actor (Leo DiCaprio) and Supporting Actor (Tom Hardy).
"It is obvious to me that my apology will never be good enough for the Speaker of the House," Rep. Heather Scott wrote on her Facebook page. "Is this a personal issue against me? Does he want to keep the headlines going?"
