U.S. Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) pulled no punches Saturday, calling Trump's comments about his sexual encounters with women "disrespectful, profane and demeaning." Rep. Mike Simpson (R-Idaho) said Trump's comments were "deplorable" and a demonstration that Trump was "unfit to be president."
The family of the alleged victim has brought a civil lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages against the school district, the district superintendent, five school board members, the principal of Dietrich High School and four football coaches.
According to the Times-News, court documents indicate a coat hanger had been used in the alleged assault. One of the three teens is scheduled to be arraigned in Lincoln County Court on Friday, March 18, but the files on the teens have been sealed.
"There will likely be police interviews with some high school students. We do not know with whom [police] will wish to speak, but we are working with them to try to minimize disruption to the school and ensure parent notification and involvement in the interview process."
