The motive was unclear and a description of the suspect had not been released as of sunrise on Friday. However, police said if anyone had information regarding the shooting incident, they're urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
Police located 28-year-old Travis Duff of Coeur d'Alene, and while Duff reportedly dropped his gun he would not move away from the weapon when ordered to do so. That's when police used a taser to take Duff into custody.
John Lee previously pleaded not guilty to three counts for first-degree murder and one count of aggravated assault, but this morning's Lewiston Tribune reports that Latah County prosecutors confirmed that Lee will appear in 2nd District Court on Friday though they wouldn't confirm if Lee had reached a plea agreement.
