The panel outlined the state of homelessness services in the City of Trees, new and upcoming avenues available to those seeking to leave homelessness and challenges stakeholders face in implementing possible solutions.
On Saturday and Sunday, the sale will be managed by bicycle-riding volunteers in the Hyde Park neighborhood, at the Roosevelt Market and at various other locations in downtown Boise. The ACLU of Idaho says volunteers will be out 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days.
Felonies were filed Oct. 21 against March, who has been charged with felony counts of 1st Degree Murder, Burglary and Grand Theft. Barclay has been charged with felony counts of Burglary and Grand Theft, and is currently in custody.
