The Press-Tribune reported 165 previously untested rape kits—38 in Caldwell, 111 in Nampa and 16 at the Canyon County Sheriff's Office—were still being held at their respective law enforcement offices and needed to be submitted to the ISP for testing.
Boise Police are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious vehicles or activity in the area during the night of Oct. 25 or the early morning of Oct. 26 to call Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS, or use the P3 Tips app.
Felonies were filed Oct. 21 against March, who has been charged with felony counts of 1st Degree Murder, Burglary and Grand Theft. Barclay has been charged with felony counts of Burglary and Grand Theft, and is currently in custody.
The arrest came after election auditors in Nez Perce County and Asotin County in Washington discovered Christopher Billups, 62, of Lapwai, appeared to have voted at a polling site on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation after already mailing in a ballot to Washington.
"If I were to ask every employer in this room, 'Do you have a "Help Wanted" sign out?' I'd probably see a lot of hands go up. I can't even drive through Star and not see 'Help Wanted' signs. It's not for lack of jobs, it's about finding qualified labor."
