Don't miss it! A Fantastic lineup of swingin' dancin' fun!
Our event is free, but we would love to be able to help know how many samples to have on hand for all of you! If you can help us out by rsvping and getting your FREE ticket, we would greatly appreciate it! Tickets are not required to attend the event, but again, it helps our vendors plan for samples. Thank you! http://www.eventbrite.com/e/something-old-…
http://BestBadDancer -- get tickets before the show, because it will well out (like it always does).

I'm the author and had so much fun at this event. Thank you to Flying M!! They're the absolute best. I also help others with publishing their own book if that's something you want to do. Find more info about the book and publishing at http://www.thesecretlivesofpeople.com
We went to Portsche's last First Thursday and enjoyed a glass of wine and looked around. We met the owner, Philip, who is also a jewelry designer. We got a discount card for $20 off any repair of $50 or more. Very cool place - lots of cool people in there and I liked that he can make something one of a kind.
this is a must do. Not only is it a nice drive, great park by the river.
They have a great variety of vendors ranging from the real flea marketers to crafters and much more. The music is great and so is the weather.
Take the family, take the dog make a day of it.
If the documentary is at all comparable to the book, this is going to be a can't-miss event! So cool that the Boise community gets access to this film! Stoked!
This should be a great event! The documentary is going to be amazing, and I can't wait to read Kurt Koontz's new book. I'm definitely picking up a copy of "A Million Steps" on Saturday the 14th at the Boise Center on the Grove.
BTW, only $10 if you buy the tickets online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/435…, and there is a lot more info on that page about the film and the book. http://www.kurtkoontz.com
Unbelievable, she has a gift! It was very entertaining and I was shocked on how many readings she gave. We went to John Edward's event and she gave more then he did! and they were very accurate. I cant wait until the next event.
The Like Its - rated #1 Funk band in Boise on reverbnation. Check out their web site: http://www.reverbnation.com/thelikeits
Please do this again this year in 2013!!!
No matter how you look at it, Chandlers could be in any urban setting, but we thankfully have it here in Downtown Boise. Classy, ornate, sophisticated and reliable - I know I will be "taken care of", from the crumbs on the table to the lipstick on the glass - they magically disappear between courses, and by the way, so does the flatware! The waitstaff has a penchant for performance and guest satisfaction.
The menu changes from season to season and I like the new things pop up from time to time, like the spanish style Rabbit that appeared for a couple of weeks, and then the lamb osso bucco that Chef prepared for a wine pairing dinner then tested out on the menu. They may come and go on the menu, but they are classics and true to my heart. The seafood menu is the most diverse and freshest in the valley - I will challenge any one on that! Obviously, it must all be flown in, but the resources are tried and true, and when it's not right, or fresh - it's 86'd! I do notice that the facebook page posts pictures of the fresh fish that arrives from time to time.
Rex has been in the business for over 40 years and it shows - he is still in it, still smiling and still demanding perfection on the plates and in the deliverance. With good reason, as guests have many choices today. The experience of fine dining is not a lost art, as witnessed when you walk in and stay a couple of hours, soaking it all in. The music, the lights, the service and the tastes of elegance. Yes, it's not an everyday restaurant; it's a special occasion, corporate, celebratory kind of place! Cheers - and if you are a martini drinker, make sure you order up their special "10 Minute Martini" - it's unforgettable.
