Absolutely AWFUL!!!! I will N.E.V.E.R come back!!!!! Not only a 10 minute wait, but the two cashiers helped the couple that came AFTER me. Before I even got in line I asked about the bronco specials to the ridiculously rude cashier that ring me up. Once we finally got served another 5 mins later, because I guess it takes two to do a cake, then the other cashier forgot my cone, proceeded to almost put my ice cream in the same cup as the third cone, almost forgot my cup of ice cream entirely until I pointed it out, then one of them rang me in for 11.41$ for 4 blue/orange specials. When I corrected the rude cashier she exactly said: "um well that's for junior sizes!" Um yea that's what I ASKED for!!! I paid for that garbage yes, and that lead cashier was RUDE as ever, and for a first time visit since moving to the area, I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND ANY REFERRALS ELSEWHERE if that is how you run your business!!! Ugh, not even so much as an apology for screwing things up!!!
Low wage workers who don't care and why should they? A group of three ahead of me in line. Took an hour t o get Ice cream.
I've been there several times and the products are delicious. You get a nice variety of several flavors and many, many choices of toppings.
Gelato, hand made candy, latest and greatest, plus all the good old goodies you thought were something of the past
I was very disappointed when I realized your yogurt is not gluten free.
THE BEST chocolate(s) around! Really good chocolate is NOT hard to find anymore, as one can gaze forever at the choices at the Boise Co-Op, but for the best artisan-made chocolate, get yourself down to 'The Chocolate Bar' and support the husband/wife team of Chris & Christie (sp?). Belgian chocolates? Bah, been there, tasted their best, CAN'T compete with 'The Chocolate Bar.'
This place is fun! You get a big cup, you fill it with your choice of soft-serve fro-yo, add whatever toppings you want, and you pay by the ounce. It's a fun experience, the yogurt tastes good (Red Velvet Cake is my absolute favorite), and the people behind the counter are always friendly.
The Thai Shrimp Spring Rolls are outstanding.
As was the service.
