I agree this is very biased school and Mr. Keller Is a wacko with his Instigater partner In crime Mrs. Hagg...Completley, totally overated school.... my son breezed thru the classes and did NOT find the work challenging at all.... Question: are my kids doing better really.... or is it just not all that hard and they are not preasured....
I am currently a freshman at Concordia and they have given me so much through education. The professors have helped out in anyway possible in order to raise my grade. Parking isn't a trouble at all as there are 3 parking lots, a 5 story parking garage, and more street parking. The main thing is tuition which may seem a little high but aren't as the financial aid takes care of that. The people...

Whoever wrote the 4/25 review is just plain wrong, and I sincerely question their motives in writing their negative review. My children have LOVED Sage, and my husband and I could not be happier with the education they are receiving. Both children showed OVERWHELMING improvement in their State tests scores and are significantly more engaged in the learning process in and out of the classroom. The staff is incredibly intuitive to the needs of the students.
With regard to bullying, my oldest child experienced a incident of bullying in the first month of school. The situation was dealt with swiftly and completely by teachers and administrators.
I completely agree with the positive review. My children are more engaged and excited about learning than I have ever seen, and the teachers/staff work extremely hard. The lunch program is one thing that could drain a charter school budget very quickly, so I have no problem sending them to school with a packed lunch when I know those funds are spent on other items. All public and charter schools have some sort of fundraising campaign, and I have never been pressured into donating more money at Sage than any other school that we have attended. Again, we are grateful for the opportunity.
Sage International has been an excellent school for our family. They have a hardworking faculty and staff dedicated to building a world-class academic program. Our children love it and won't consider going back to other public schools with more resources. The earlier reviewer fails to note all of the students bring their lunches because there is no lunch program (so there are no school lunches for anyone, not just low income). Our family is getting an excellent "private school" education in this public charter because this school's focus is on building an outstanding tuition-free academic program that would otherwise be outside our family's financial reach. I am grateful my children have this opportunity.
Sage International School is biased, and discriminates against children from low income families. There are incidents of bullying at the school and nothing is done to address it. If you don't have money to donate, you will be advised your child will do better in the public schools that have more resources, such as school lunch for low income, and you will be told you probably can't afford to have your child in after school programs.
This site is horrible. I am new to the area and it tells me NOTHING about hours of operation, if they are even open this time of year, etc. Thanks for nothing! By the way, why would I EVER care about viewing past events when all I want to do is find out what is upcoming and I would imagine anyone else looking this up would be wanting the same. Duuuuh
It's wonderful to see how our Christian schools are continuing to make Boise a better place!
