Re: “Idaho Youth Ranch Warehouse

Its a second hand store! Its a last chance place. SOMETHING ALL NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND ITS NOT gold!!! is it really stuff to fight over? Amazes me though their are some very rude customer that make a living at BEING SCRONGERS for whatever, AND allow them to behave rudely. life is to short to be so rude LOL over second hand or any Object/Stuff and those that are will someday realize and karma sucks. :-) I have experienced these rude folks and karma sucks for them!!!

Sorry it took us so long to find this gem - our fault, not theirs. Food was delicious, Mary Jean's personal service made the experience.

Re: “Idaho Youth Ranch Warehouse

Bearing in mind that prices are consistently better @ Irving St. compared to 'bout anywhere else on the planet even during their regular business hours as opposed to mingling (or would that be "mangling" with the other bargain hunters at zero dark thirty hours), I shop at the distribution point and have since they were located out by the airport with good luck and mAny smiles all 'round especially when it is time to pull out the old wallet. I recommend just after lunch any day to get the best deals and the most smiles. Be sure to remember their return policy on smilles- 2 free with every one you spend. Except large smiles on payday always earn you several more extra grins thrown in for good measure. Hi Vicky. Britt Clark --(former) Sgt USMC, forever Idahoan.....May 23, 2014.

Re: “Idaho Youth Ranch Warehouse

Great place to go if you are ahead of the "group" good luck! apparently you have to know someone to get anything decent. There is a band of scavengers who line up at five am(so they say) and will save space for their cohorts who arrive later. Once in the gate they will spread out and "grab" anything even out of your hands. The rules are you have to actually touch the bigger items such as furniture, appliances etc, and ask for an attendant to tag it for you. How ever if you are one of the group you can just holler out the item and it will suddenly be yours! doesn`t matter if someone else has their hands on it or not. This group is ruthless and most just stay out of the way. I have actually complained to the attendant and was told "we don`t want to make anyone angry" obviously I spoke to the wrong person. Please fix this it is not fair!! perhaps open the big gate and let all in at the same time, enforce the rules for everyone, have more attendants to assist the tagging and stop playing favorites.

Re: “WinCo

Best deals, store and staff in the valley. The only problem is that they switched the bagel and roll bin and took away the tongs??? I love there rolls and bagels but wont eat them after watching a booger picking customer pick thru them with bare hands. But hey without tongs what's a booger picker to do? Bring back the tongs.

Re: “Les Filles Women's Clothing

There is a dress currently in the store with a Joseph Ribkoff label that I bought 3 years ago at White House Black Market. The EXACT dress, it's unmistakeable. Yikes! Don't know what that means...

Re: “Idaho Athletic Club

The facilities are good, the employees are cool, the management is a notch below used car salesman. I signed a month to month contract at the State St location and was told the printer was down and the contract would be emailed me. Hindsight being 20/20 I really should know better! I just didn't think a local family owned gym would be so predatory and immoral, specially for small town Idaho. Never was emailed the contract, 3 months later I went in to cancel the contract and was told I had a 1 year commitment and the penalty to cancel was $250. I asked if I could talk to the manager that I signed the contract with and was told he was no longer with the company. Later on I asked if I could reduce the family membership from 3 to just 2 since my daughter was moving to attend college, was told they would review and get back to me. Never heard back and everytime I asked, I was told there was no record of the request, and again they would check and blah blah blah. Now this is mostly my fault I know when signing any contract you pay attention to the details you get copies of everything, I fully accept my financial liability and a lesson learned.
Remember this Idaho Atheletic Club, this is still small town Idaho where word of mouth is your greatest marketing tool, your reputation is horrible. Read the reviews all over the internet. There is a reason the YMCA, and Axiom are packed and your gyms are ghost towns. I will at every opportunity tell any one with ears that your facilities are to be avoided and never trusted. It was an expensive lesson for me and my 2 kids, I only hope to someday read that karma has caught up to those in charge. Can’t imagine how manipulating people for such small gains could be worth this much bad publicity. Maybe your management should go into politics, that is where this type of immorality thrives!

Re: “Idaho Athletic Club

If there is any other option for you to choose, choose it! This is a family run business by a family that should have never been in business for more than one day! They treat every employee they have like an in-disposable temp and they do that because they don't care about people other than themselves even if you are making them money you are replaceable tomorrow. They feel the same way about their customers they feel like there is so much business out there that they don't need to treat people like human beings. Seriously go anywhere else!

These are terrible people firing a pregnant woman while she was in the hospital fighting for the lives of her twin girls. The twins did not make it.

Re: “Idaho Athletic Club

The Black Eagle front desk people were usually good. But many of the male management staff and trainers would "mean mug" you like they were big time or something. Most of them would walk around the club strutting their stuff and I felt like they would rather get in a fight with me rather than help me as customer. Especially the guy "Matt". What does he do there? All I ever saw him do was lean on counters and joke around with the other workers. The only male management person or trainer who would walk by and smile was Phil.
