Mientras Esteban Anastasio juega en Chandler , ya no voy a comer allí . Este tipo de música arruina el sabor de la comida.
I recently attended the Snoop Dogg concert and we were so excited to see him. We showed up at 7 only to wait until well after 8 for the show to start. Then, this guy, who knows who he was came out and started trying to "act" funny... It was terrible. Secondly, the artists that came on before Snoop Dogg were worse than terrible and were basically just performing karaoke to other more popular artists. Then, once they were done we waited over an hour to see Snoop standing on concrete floors because there wasn't ANY seating. Finally, we decided that after an hour of waiting to see Snoop Dogg and the hour and half we had to watch the other poorly performing artists we decided to leave, it was by far the worst concert and biggest waste of 2.5 hours of my life that I will never get back. Not to mention the 75.00 I spent for the tickets that I also will never get back. I will not be back!
Unfriendly customers and services. Worst piece of shit bar to ever exist.

Outdoor patio with live music always after noise ordinance takes effect. They don't care about the law and the cops won't stop them either. Residential neighborhood, not rich enough to get the law enforced. Do a story about that for Christ's sake.
Been there cpl times now, real dump, it's ran by retards. Unprofessional is a understatement, If I could give it a -5 I would!
Ridiculous, 8 bucks for a 3 glass pitcher of off brand Beer. Plus! I looked everywhere for that Home wrecker mentioned above and I never saw one.
My parents and I went to Boise for the first time on December 27, 2014. We were excited to have finally gotten the chance to visit the area. We went into the restaurant and it all seemed nice. The reason for a one star rating is two things. One the waiter that we had was not very good, he had an attitude that said I am too good to work here. Crappy service makes for a never return trip even though the food tasted good. The second reason is that even though the food tasted good, my entire family got sick after. My mother got sick to the point of having to go to the hospital. Safe to say this is a chain that we will never visit again!
Menu is very limited. No options if you don't eat meat, go else where before you hit a show at Majestic.
this bar cert. good for the doggies, and their owners.. there aren't that many places to take the same, and have a drink... sadly, there was a distinct and unmistakable ANTI-STRAIGHT roll here... you would think that those who've been so discriminated against for so long (gay-folk) would be more tolerant of everyone.. even us straight folk... but they are not. Not at the symposium. Not at all. Openly hostile.
shocking. Also, kind of a hole-in-the-wall / dump.
oh well. :-(
This rating has nothing to do with the entertainment provided but the establishment it self.
We are a couple whom likes great music, food and fun. We seemingly experienced this at Liquid- we thought. We have enjoyed the place about every other month for the last year, after dinner a concert or show. One of us in the couple (mostly the Male counterpart) is the designated driver and remains sober. However, it would always seem that our drinks would disappear. Go to the bathroom come back, wheres my drink? Go dance a little come back to sit down, where's our drinks?
While dancing last night Wife ran off the dance floor following a young man (waiter, busser) whom started practically running from her....she retrieved her drink from him 3/4 full (Sapphire gin and tonic)- He said he thought it was empty....I addressed the bartender about the drinks being taken and she said we don't have wait staff....I said ok....then pointed to the guy who took our drinks "that guy" and was informed by the female bartender he is a bartender not waitstaff....
A different bartender indicated they clear the drinks up fast in case someone will slip you a "roofie". (Is that commonly found to be happening at Liquid that much that drinks need to be stolen by the bartenders not the wait staff?) More like a way to increase beverage sales.
We value the service we receive and generally leave generous tips especially when the entertainment is great. There is another review listed here on yelp about not getting change back and our experience with the thievery of full drinks, be aware and watch your money and drinks carefully.
I forgot to rate. One star for you for your prices.
For the celebration of my wife's graduation from grad school we decided to make reservations at Ha'penny for us and about 25 close friends and family members. We chose Ha'penny based on prior positive experiences but what a disappointment it turned out to be. Everyone in our group had come together to purchase a $350 gift card for my wife for her achievement and upon opening the greeting card she set it down to say thank you to everyone and mingle. The restaurant was not overly crowded that night and our table was surrounded by long-time friends and family so there was no reason to be concerned about setting purses, coats, gifts, etc. at the table. By the time my wife returned to the table either the waiter or the busser had cleared everything off of our table even though our group was still there and all of our items (coats, purses, etc.) were still on the table and in plain sight. Included in the items cleared off of the table were the greeting card and the gift card. Immediately we started searching for it and mysteriously the waiter found the greeting card in the garbage can but couldn't find gift card anywhere (all of which was witnessed by the manager and a few others). The manager working that shift helped us look for it but was convinced that we would be able to have it replaced by calling the gift card company in the morning. We weren't having any luck finding it so we decided that perhaps he was right and we would call the company first thing in the morning.
We called the gift card company immediately the next morning but it did not resolve the issue because they could only replace the gift card with the receipt which was wrapped around the gift card when it disappeared. My wife spent the next week talking to the manager daily that had been there that night with promises that he was working on it. After a week of discussions she was told that he had talked to the owner who responded that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This was such a disappointment because this was not a "lost or stolen" item as a result of negligence on the part of the restaurant patron. The gift card had disappeared as a direct result of one of the employees of the restaurant. We would never have expected reimbursement if it had fallen out of a pocket or was set down in the restroom but this was on the table which we were all still at and at the restaurant that we collectively spent $2,500 - $3,000 at that night. My wife was told that she might be better off calling the owner directly.
At this point I decided to attempt to contact the owner myself. I called the restaurant two days in a row, both times the person who answered the phone asked the owner if he was available and in the background he responded with “who is it and what is it about?” After telling the person on the phone who I was, I was told the owner “would get back with me.” He never did. After two days without a phone call I called again and in the background the owner stated that “there is nothing I can do.” I requested that he take a moment to talk to me himself but he declined. As a business owner myself, I understand how things like this can happen. I also understand that you cannot open the books to everyone who feels they’ve been wronged in your establishment. But what I cannot even begin to fathom is how an owner of a customer service-oriented business could take such a cowardly approach and not even show a loyal patron some common courtesy.
This whole experience was excruciatingly disappointing for several reasons. First off, someone on their staff likely ended up with a $350 gift card that they didn't earn or deserve. Second (and most of importantly), the owner was completely unwilling to take a moment to discuss the situation and tell us no to our faces…or even over the phone! We have been paying customers at Ha'penny for many years and we brought a lot of people to the restaurant that night but the owner could not be bothered with talking to us. We have been very calm, patient and good to deal with through this whole experience so what a let-down it was to get completely blown off. This review is not being written to be slanderous but in hopes that when given the opportunity to enjoy a nice night out that folks will spend their money at one of the many other excellent restaurants in Boise. We've been to so many other places where the food and drinks are better and the owners actually care about their customers’ dining experience. Spend your hard earned money somewhere besides Ha’penny.
No parking, small seating area, dirty tables and floor, small salad bar, average pizza, friendly employees.
If negative 5 stars was an option, i'd give it that. the bartender is a known pedophile...AND I found a piece of glass in my beer. What else, I thought could possibly happen during the 10 mins that i was there? Well, on my way out I decided to use the bathroom and this biker chic was in the mens bathroom doing speed on this guys ass crack. fucking great.
How does this place win any awards? I've lived here a long time and just recently tried it. Very overrated...I tried it more than once to see if I just hit them on a bad day, but no. It isn't horrible...but I just don't see why people rave about it. Very, very average.
