PLEASE BE ADVISED, upon cancellation of your membership Idaho Athletic could be STEALING YOUR MONEY. Example: You cancel your membership on July 22nd so your cancel date is August 22nd, everything fine so far, here comes the theft: your billing cycle is the 13th of each month so a charge is being made on August 13th for membership dues through September 13th but you will no longer be a member as of August 22nd. So you would think there would be a pro-ration and you would get your unused dues back but this is not the case.. Idaho Athletic STEALS the remaining unused dues and keeps that for themselves. Multiply that by the 100's or 1000's of cancellations over the past years and Idaho Athletic has no less than been racketing money. *I've been trying since July 18th to get a response to this concern and I was promised over and over again for a call back from Corporate, never received 1 call back from them. I've called them 4 times just to confirm my account has been cancelled and inquire about pro rated funds. At this point I still have not received a single call back or an answer.

Arrived for lunch and when looking for my group the greeter said "your bad group is back behind the kitchen ". We waited for a long time and had to ask for the server to take our orders. They said they ran out of frys for the last couple of our party as they served them. No offer to discount their meals. The first to get served finished their meals before the last of our group were served. And the food was poor. One example was green peppers in the blueberry pancakes. :(
I will never go there again.
We spent $35K on a backyard project and they made our water feature the highest elevation causing a flooded patio during rain, stamped and colored concrete patio is cracking with several spots where color has come off (after just a few months), water feature is very much not how we wanted or had asked for, pump failed and had to be replaced just weeks after installing, plants we wanted (and some even tagged) were declined and not used, sprinklers weren't set up right with plants dying, and overall feel like we weren't listened to with the designer putting in their backyard vision instead of ours. For example, I specifically asked multiple times an algae killer be installed and it too was declined. Afterwards the developer stated we'll need to add something to prevent algae growth. Really?? We now add a chemical algae killer weekly. (VERY upset about that since if they had just listened then our water wouldn't be so dirty-looking all the time.) We will have a different company come out to "fix" our backyard as we do not want these people returning and make things worse. I would not recommend them at all to do your landscaping.

Fix the front door! The place is a mess, cages are ripped, balls and trash everywhere, place needs a good cleaning.
Everything seemed to be fine when I first started to consign, but then they changed! I agree with all the others. They keep terrible records, are rude when you inquire about your account AND they never, ever answer the phone. I found it to be extremely frustrating consigning there as I live far from the store and had to go in person every time I wanted to find out anything!! The retail end is very expensive and you CAN find most of those labels online and, very often, on sale.

The MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER! The burger was so RAW that the bun was colored red from the blood that it soaked up. When brought to the attention of the Burgerlicious employee he stated that he didn't have enough time to cook everyone's burger properly because there were so many orders. SO THAT MEANS YOU ARE OK WITH WILLING TO KILL A FEW PEOPLE IN ORDER TO GET ONE OR TWO BURGERS CORRECT?! Also one of our Office Managers overheard Burgerlicious employees comment on how it didn't matter how the burgers were being sent out because they were still charging FULL PRICE to our company. Reports have been made and filed by today's employees to the Better Business Bureau as well as to The County Health Department of Ada County come first thing tomorrow morning. Cross-contamination of raw meat to food WITHOUT GLOVES! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE YOU, TOM KRESS, THE CHANCE TO EAT ONE OF THESE BURGERS BUT THEN AGAIN I'M SURE YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW DISGUSTING THEY ARE.

Found a great toy marked with a great price, by them, just to find out that they would not honor this low price. They removed the sticker while I was there and quoted me a price $30 higher than the marked price. This is not the way to do business.

Flavor of the Garrett burger was flat. Ordered it with extra mayo and I really think that it was taken off. Tomato was not ripe..
Guess I'll make it a little bit longer before going back. Shame that the brothers sold out..
Their cancellation policy is a JOKE, beware. They require you to pay them an additional month pass the date you cancel. Will never give them another dime, will drive to any club but theirs. Shame.

YOU DO NOT want to have your event at this place. They will turn your supposed to be positive experience into a horrible one. Stay away! They want all the money and will charge you extra for anything they can but do not pay their vendors or contractors. The kitchen is also nasty with fecal matter.
I recently attended the Snoop Dogg concert and we were so excited to see him. We showed up at 7 only to wait until well after 8 for the show to start. Then, this guy, who knows who he was came out and started trying to "act" funny... It was terrible. Secondly, the artists that came on before Snoop Dogg were worse than terrible and were basically just performing karaoke to other more popular artists. Then, once they were done we waited over an hour to see Snoop standing on concrete floors because there wasn't ANY seating. Finally, we decided that after an hour of waiting to see Snoop Dogg and the hour and half we had to watch the other poorly performing artists we decided to leave, it was by far the worst concert and biggest waste of 2.5 hours of my life that I will never get back. Not to mention the 75.00 I spent for the tickets that I also will never get back. I will not be back!

Racist décor- Unfortunately we did not notice the racist décor until after our meal. When we let the server know that the décor was offensive, she let us know that they all knew it was offensive as they have had complaints before but the owner refuses to take down their ‘Mammys’ because they are part of her grandfather’s “Mammy collection” (as if this explanation makes it ok? If my grandfather was a Nazi, I wouldn’t display his regalia)… Server’s response was “You can’t change everyone”. Nope, sure can’t but I can decide to not eat breakfast surrounded by willful ignorance. I will not be returning to The Griddle. I will be encouraging others to find other restaurant options.

Thought I had canceled my membership in person then months later they contact me saying I owe them $170 . They had me in person signing off on god knows what and now this. Very unprofessional and underhanded do not get a membership here go someplace else..
