Re: “Mountain Home Dentist, Previously Charged With Lewd Conduct, Accused of Selling Drugs Near School

Totally false accusation. Nothing was sold. Where did they get their false info for this false news! He wasn't even arrested! Anyone with a brain knows that halcion is not a narcotic. It is not a street drug that anyone sells. It was administered to a patient for a procedure in a medical clinic. The school mentioned is surrounded by medical clinics. That means there would be felonies committed every working day around there based on what he did. This is simply a case of a media monster making stuff up. The media is completely immune to being punished for lying. That's terrifying because this media lie is beyond slanderous.

Re: “Greg Pruitt Speaks at Idaho Gun Rally, Unholsters 'New Agenda'

Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act Constitutional - Is a Trojan Horse..
The bill is a dastardly trick and a Trojan horse for institutionalizing licenses, permits, national ID cards, etc.

And the end game of all those licenses, permits, national ID cards and such is eventual confiscation of all arms.

And after that extermination.

Here is the 2014 edition: https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congre…

Also, the federal government has no constitutional authority to make ANY laws dictating who may and who may not carry arms; or under what circumstances people may and may not carry arms across State borders! Arms control of the people is not an enumerated power!

video on arms, here it is: https://vimeo.com/60944105

State concealed carry laws which require a "permit" is an idea crafted in the pits of h ell. The real purpose is to register gun owners! People think it is so cool to have a permit for concealed carry - they don't understand that it is like the free sample of heroin.

Re: “Greg Pruitt Speaks at Idaho Gun Rally, Unholsters 'New Agenda'

The TRUTH about the "supremacy clause" - our Constitution does not delegate to the national government authority to restrict our arms, ammunition, regulate firearms dealers, do background checks, etc. The national government may not lawfully circumvent this restriction by means of a treaty wherein the signatory governments agree to disarm their Citizens or Subjects.

Re: “Prosecutor Says Dietrich High Assault Not Sex or Race Crime, Teen Pleads Guilty to Lesser Felony

"It's not our belief that this was a racially motivated crime. This was more of a vulnerable victim-motivatedcrime. I think it probablywould have happened to anybody that was in the same kind of circumstances and mental state as the victim here."

Oh, so that's alright then is it? If someone is a vulnerable victim, it is sort of their fault for attracting violent bullies.

Everyone who cares, please sign the petition at change.org to bring this case to proper justice. The sentence as it stands is an outrage against justice.

And while it appears from reports that the perpetrator accepts that he committed the crime of which he is accused, he will be permitted to maintain his innocence after completion of probation and have his record wiped clean.

Call the crime racist, call it a hate crime, call it a felony, whatever. A trusting, disabled child had a coat hanger inserted then kicked into his rectum by people he regarded as his friends. These same friends who had taught him to sing a song abusing racial minorities. He expressed that he had never experienced such pain before. He has several times attempted suicide since the assault. He is currently in a hospital.

Re: “Idaho Agriculture, Dairy Groups Call for Immigration Reform in Hostile Political Climate

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/money/workp…
Immigration raids yield jobs for legal workers

'When federal agents descended on six meatpacking plants owned by Swift & Co. in December 2006, they rounded up nearly 1,300 suspected illegal immigrants that made up about 10% of the labor force at the plants.

But the raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents did not cripple the company or the plants. In fact, they were back up and running at full staff within months by replacing those removed with a significant number of native-born Americans, according to a report by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).

"Whenever there's an immigration raid, you find white, black and legal immigrant labor lining up to do those jobs that Americans will supposedly not do," said Swain, who teaches law and political science."

Alabama had to bite the bullet and hire LEGAL Immigrants for its AG Industry:

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/201…
Africans Relocate to Alabama to Fill Jobs After Immigration Law

"East Coast began calling Atlanta refugee agencies several months ago looking for legal immigrants to come to Alabama for a year, said Mbanfu, refugee employment director for Lutheran Services in Atlanta. He said the company would have taken as many refugees as he could refer. The agency connected East Coast with refugees who had been in the country three to five years, he said."

Re: “Idaho Agriculture, Dairy Groups Call for Immigration Reform in Hostile Political Climate

The U.S. currently has eleven non immigrant guest worker visa programs.
http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/engl…

There is no cap on the number of workers allowed into the U.S. under the H-2A temporary agricultural guest worker visa program.

http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/263529-…
"The provision could more than triple the number of H-2B visas for foreign workers seeking jobs at hotels, theme parks, ski resorts, golf courses, landscaping businesses, restaurants and bars. The move is intended to boost the supply of non-agricultural seasonal workers."

Re: “Idaho Agriculture, Dairy Groups Call for Immigration Reform in Hostile Political Climate

Don't worry BigAg, there are new robots coming online to replace your already robot wage competing immigration labor. (See other BW story) Once there are enough downward pressures on the concept of living, due to the elimination of the poor and middle class' right to exist, there will no longer be a need for BigAg. You will then only need to feed the 1%. Problem solved.

Re: “Ada County Commission Approves Amendment to Much-Debated Dry Creek Ranch Development

This development and anyone living there will be forever cursed. When the market goes south (which it will), we'll see another zombie subdivision sprouting weeds and neglect through broken asphalt where wholesome food was once grown.

Re: “Ada County Commission Approves Amendment to Much-Debated Dry Creek Ranch Development

It was deeply disturbing that the Commissioners said so little - hiding behind "property rights", and not admitting how much things had changed. The Commissioners ignored concerns about the really poor Wildlife Plan - which is based on 2006 "data", and "mitigation" that would allow money to be thrown at a conservation easement far away. This will NOT help wildlife in western Ada County. They ignored concerns about the fate of the genetically pure redband trout in Dry Creek.

The only additions they made were some more geo/soil surveys for the steep hillslope bulldozing for houses, that were then to be ok'd by the County workers. Sure doesn't seem like anybody has really learned a lesson from the Terra Nativa disaster. Full bore ahead on hillslope houses ...

Re: “Ada County Commission Approves Amendment to Much-Debated Dry Creek Ranch Development

It is alarming that an issue which sparked so much opposition from individuals, organizations, and businesses warranted less than a 10 minute discussion by the Board of County Commissioners. Given this, I find it difficult to believe that the concerns of the community were taken seriously.

Responsible growth and the preservation of farmland and open space are priorities in Ada Countys Comprehensive Plan. Is it unreasonable to ask that Ada County hold itself to its own standards? At the public hearing on 2/15/17, newly-elected Commissioner Visser said he wished we would have had the foresight to do something about farmland preservation 25 years ago. Well, he had the chance to do something today and he did not. His silence speaks volumes.

Re: “Ada County Commission Approves Amendment to Much-Debated Dry Creek Ranch Development

As a lifelong resident of Boise - and having grown up next to the foothills and spent my formative years enjoying our awesome open spaces - it pains me to see big chunks of open space being gobbled up by sprawl. But Mr. Tibbs is right - the owners of property should be able to do what they want with it (as long as the impact on the community is properly mitigated... infrastructure, schools, services, etc.)

Re: “'Utter Chaos': ACLU, University of Idaho Attorney Panel Analyzes Trump's Immigration Order

Trump is enforcing current law.

The seven nations named in Trumps executive order are drawn from the
Terrorist Prevention Act of 2015. The 2015 Visa Waiver Program
Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015 named Iraq,
Iran, Sudan, and Syria, while its 2016 update added Libya, Somalia, and
Yemen.

He's using Obama's list. He will create better vetting that will then impact other countries.
