And if that's true it will mean the Patriot Act (which sliced and diced the 4th Amendment) will be unconstitutional as well.
Finally a step in the right direction to protecting civil liberties! For too long, we’ve been allowing the coming of an age where the civil liberties our forefathers fought so hard for are being eroded by the day. Freedom of Press, Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly are mere ghostly images of their original intent. We’ve woken up to an Orwellian Society of Fear where anyone is at the mercy of being labeled a terrorist for standing up for rights we took for granted just over a decade ago. Read about how we’re waging war against ourselves at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/09…
What a moron! You have to point out also the brightest side of the dam. Only exaggerating and guessing can't help the societies and their environment. Just writing for the sake of your sponsors satisfaction will not help the two neighboring countries either.
Here is a short doc about Public Access and TVCTV.
Conturds Unite! Punish the poor til they puke & die! Ignore the Pope! Vote Repulsican!

If you want to know why the station is in the state it is in -- ask TERRY CHRISTNOT-MEANS. She ran that place into the ground and sunk it with her INEPTITUDE for business, management and public servitude. Pretty much can be said for 90% of the Board / Exe-Board.
I'm not saying CH-12 is perfect, but at least they gave me a point of starting, rather than slamming the door on me like TVCTV did. I only got my initiation fee of $150.00 back rather refunded after I made noise. On the subject of Public radio, I tried to squeeze in there too, but apparently confederate history and southern culture is not welcome there. At least CH-12 gave me an open door and freedom to create. Again I'll say this, my half hour show grew to 4 hours a week, each of 4 days, on the subject of things, Mountain Home's cable access station took $6,000.00 from me, and closed two weeks after, I'm still waiting for that refund. If there is to be Cable access, in Idaho, it needs to be ran by broadcast professionals, and people given liberty to create.
Why didn't you report the $60,000 IRS bill the station received, for doing BINGO. How the city members and cable one think it's weird a station on the air for 13 years is not making a profit, but community radio is. This is what Bob Neal and Jon Adamson told me. The guy working the front desk has been telling people spend your money at Channel 12 not at TVCTV and making it hard for new produces to make shows at TVCTV.
So nice to know that ITD still doesn't take its job of protecting Idaho motorists and Idaho roads seriously. Another giant moving roadblock trying to move along narrow highways. I can think of several places along the Idaho route and in Montana as well where this may be problematic. And Lost Trail and Rogers Passes in the winter.
Lost Trail Pass north of Salmon on the Idaho Montana border may be a real bitch. I have reasons for not liking this type of activity but on a purely practical note hw do they even think they can do this in the winter. There's lots of points on their route in Idaho and Montana that are very problematic.
Well it is a done deal, the wheels have been turning. The Boise School District sold the property to Boise City. Dezaad, you are correct that West Boise City neighborhoods may be in the Meridian School District.
Frank R... The taxpayers are paying who, exactly, for the Franklin School Parcel? Think about your answer. You guessed it, hopefully. The taxpayers are paying the taxpayers. In essence, then, "The taxpayers" are not out any money at all, and so no one is "paying for it again". This is a ridiculous criticism with no logic whatsoever.
There is, however, a nuance to this. The Boise City taxpayers are paying the Boise School District taxpayers, which is not strictly speaking the same set of taxpayers. There is large overlap, but some Boise City neighborhoods have never paid anything at all for the school property. So it is quite right and proper that the transfer come in the form of a transaction.
Let's see the Boise property owners, (Tax Payers) paid for the Boise School district parcel years ago. So now Mayor Bieter and the Council members want the Boise property owners, (Tax Payers) to PAY for it again?! We don't need the Best Politician in Boise we need a GOOD Leader
The same kind of folks... who like to have their "friends" pay for the privilege of hanging out with them. Ok!
I do have to say I'm surprised Christie could even find Idaho on a map.
The concept of Equality has been conveniently adopted over and over by many causes that had nothing to do with Equality. Recently, the media has confused this concept by leveling Equality with the right for same sex marriage. In the past instead it was confused with everyone’s right to have an equal amount of wealth. Still, Equality is something else. Although many people want to pursue this ideal much confusion makes it much too blurry to materialize. It is not possible to Respect a concept that is not understood. For Equality to spread all over, it would take a Plan based on the most solid principles and one strategy led by a new and clear definition of the concept of Equality. The journey toward Equality would be like entering a labyrinth with the confidence to find the way out because of one compass that will help us to navigate and to reach the destination. Wavevolution offers that compass to navigate in that labyrinth which is our reality. Like in a "domino effect" the doors will open one after another and a mirrored light will show the exit.
This is cute, but a huge number of Americans consuming unhealthy diets do so because they live in food deserts where produce and unprocessed staples are either unavailable or a damn sight more than $1.50 extra per day.
