Re: “Sunday Morning

I like Ardith Tate's work very much and have her "Evidence Memory #2(purchased at the Basement Gallery in 2001)hanging in my home. She is worthy of greater recognition. Please convey my thanks to her for another powerful work.

Re: “First Snow in the Owyhee/Bruneau Wilderness

Love this painting. It's going to be a long wait for the cover auction.

Re: “Swans A-Swimming, Edition #2 of 100

I just found this magazine on Facebook and really love it. Now I can read about Boise, even though I can't move back there ☹

Re: “Spark

This is a 100% Don Pendleton bite. A bad one. I'm glad you can appreciate the awesome work he does, but don't try and pass it off as your own.

Re: “The Unfortunate Lure

One of the best covers ever. My 'pond' was Saratoga Lake, NY. Man - I was SURE there were gnarly monsters down there ready to chomp on my toes. :) Thanks, Ryan.

Re: “15th Street

This is easily one of the best BW covers of the last yr or two; maybe only one other as good. Fine art is a welcome break from the usual collage/ illustration-level routine. That corner of 15th is mundane to most, no doubt, but amidst the everyday glance Karen Woods unlocked a view to some beauty there.

Re: “Chevrolution

Instant coffee, who would have thought such a nice ocher. The message is brilliantly embedded. Hope to see more of his work.

Re: “Mother Palin

Sarah Palin is a legitimate target - she is in the public spotlight and has no problem sharing her opinions on today's political issues. I think the cover art makes a strong statement on her position on these issues, clearly showing that a double standard exists.
