Re: “Add the Words Protesters Sentenced

What do you expect from a state where the Govenor would rather spend $1,000,000 of tax payers money on fighting the rights of same sex marriage than increase education.

All of the protesters are noteworthy .

Re: “Musicians vs. Venues: lawsuits, licensing fees and the middle men

It has nothing to do with paying the performers. It's about paying the songwriters. The songwriters do not get paid for a performance. They get paid when their songs get played at various venues or on the radio.

How about getting some good metal bands in there i.e. The Reptilians, Fault Paradox or Ripchain.

Don't blame the judges, blame the lawmakers who refuse to hear and debate the bill despite an overwhelming desire by the people to have this bill debated AND PASSED.

You want to know who the real criminals are in all of this? They are the ones wearing the robes and those who we trust to pass laws to protect all of us, not just those that live a lifestyle they approve of.

Re: “Full Disclosure: Idaho's HIV Disclosure Laws Causing Their Own Issues

Been a HIV positive is just like been through hell; well special thanks to God almighty for using Dr. Zaki the greatest spell caster in curing my HIV disease. I was diagnosed of this disease in the year 2008. Thou I was taking my medications buy I was not myself. Until last two weeks. My friend came to me and told me that he saw many testimonies on how a spell caster cured people HIV disease. Thou I never believe in spell, I said to myself "seen is believing" I took his name and searched it on GOOGLE, I saw many testimonies myself. Quickly, I copied his email dr.zakiherbalhome@gmail.com I emailed him, he gave me a form to fill which I did, then he called me and told me that his gods required some items in which he will use in casting a curing spell on me. And di told him to get the listed items needed to prepare my cure because by then i have little faith in him, few hours later he called me and told me he is through preparing the cure. so he send it to me I got my parcel, it was a herbal cure as described by Dr. Zaki. I took the herbal cure and after taking it for a week and some days. He told me to go for check up, I went to the hospital and had a hiv test, I was tested HIV negative. Re: “Need Something To Do Monday?

Starting out the way you did with this article with the 'love or hate' saying, why would you expect any of the pug 'haters' or 'dislikers' to donate to their cause?

Why has only one news outlet reported it was an on-duty police officer that ran into Terry Grossklaus somehow? The "how" is what a lot of people want to understand.

Re: “Boise Council Wants Detailed Housing-Needs Analysis By Early 2015

It would be better for Bosean's if the city council and mayor DRILLED into why the Boise Fire department goes on every medical ambulance call. If the EMT's are trained and have all the necessary equipment to allow the Boise fire department to go along for reasons to increase their budget $ is wrong. The more runs the more money for their budget. The higher their budget the higher your property taxes. The higher the property taxes fewer people to qualify for a home loan. Bring in Agnew Beck!

Re: “ACLU Battles Prison Assaults

Re: Scott Molen case. He won his appeal this year. This is a travesty of justice. Watch your children. I have never met the family in the case he was convicted for in Idaho, but I have met Connie. I do KNOW Scott had other victims who "alleged" to have been molested by him many, many years before Scott met Connie. Truth is truth regardless of how much evidence was put forward. The only failure in Scott Molen's case was in allowing Scott Molen's case to be appealed. The failure was on the prosecution, not the justice system itself. If that was the prosecution's fault, so be it, but justice worked properly when they convicted Molen because justice is about truth, and the truth was told! Scott Molen did commit that crime! There was no way for this Idaho victim to have known that Scott had been accused by at least two other victims many years previous. So is it just a coincidence? I think not! Connie's own family was estranged from her before she died. Connie created a serious rift in that family, supporting this abuser instead of standing by her four daughters. Are Idahoans truly happy that their justice system let an "alleged" pedophile go free in favor of protecting a child? Sickening.

Re: “Best Local Tattoo Parlor 2013

I made an appointment for a "consultation"... Apparently... and a week later, i went to said "consultation"... Met with a man, if you wanna call him that... To discuss the tattoo i wanted to get on my arm. I was and have been really excited to get this tattoo. He kept trying to talk me out of getting it on my arm, and an easier place, not for me, no, not easier for me, but for him... He wasn't confident at all... he should of been excited about doing this type of work, such great art... but yet, made me feel immediately uncomfortable, he looked so at ease about doing it where he wanted my tattoo, not where i wanted it. Again, all he did was try to talk me out of the tattoo, and look on the internet on how to copy the tattoo. I was wondering why he wouldn't want to put his own touch on this great, beautiful piece of art...

FYI: suck a dick, daaaa daaaa daaaa dick, shitty artists.... for-real though... bunch-a bravo fox-trots. bunch-a bravo alpha lima lima - sierra uniform charlie kilo sierra's.... unforgivable.

Re: “Expert: Environmental Impact of Alberta Tar Sands 'Horrible'

It befuddles me why the legions of 'right minded' folks think that this is actually a good thing? Bringing this sludge laden oil is not going to create many jobs long term but it IS going to create on going environmental problems. Nor will it lower the price of domestic gasoline ONE PENNY. The stuff will be refined here, which will impact domestic supply because we will be taxing a burdened system further to do so, or it will be loaded onto ships in its raw state and be shipped overseas to places like CHINA. Either way we will NOT see any of it introduced into our markets. We will bear the risk, the greedy fat cats will reap the profits and the American people get stuck cleaning it all up.
Yay, capitalism! It's past time to demand new, renewable and more sustainable methods of power generation and transportation.

Re: “Idaho's Fireworks Paradox

I have to agree with people here that think they should be legal. It's all about responsibility and using them in a manner that is proper and safe. Someone holding onto an M-80 deserves to live the rest of their lives with one good hand. Maybe they'll learn something.
