Went last year, it was WONDERFUL. I'm not a Hindu, and I encourage everyone with a passion for cultural awesomeness to attend, regardless of your beliefs. This is a beautiful holiday, and the celebration is really amazing.
Anyone who knows flamenco, knows what a joke it is to call this person a flamenco player. He's a pretender!!
A hairy troll for sure
If you're a lady, you need to avoid this guy. He thinks musical ability gives him an open door for harassing women. I know from personal experience. Steer Clear!
Give me jazz, Sinatra, and a martini ... not this!
Agreed! He doesn't live up to the same high standards set by the other Chandlers musicians.
Only in Boise would they call this flamenco. He plays like a classical guitarist. The passion of good flamenco is lacking.
I first heard Esteban in a Tambalka show. I went to Chandlers with 3 of my friends to hear him as a solo act. In the band he's fine, but as a solo act, he is very repetitious. After 3 songs it all sounded the same. I'll go to Chandlers when someone else is playing. I'd almost prefer canned music.
Esteban Anastasio is a decent guitarist with a head that can barely fit through a set of double-doors. I hope the Riverside can improve in their choice of entertainment.
Please help save the Boise Hive. It's programming benefits not only local musicians but also veterans and the homeless.
Sounds wonderful! What a great way to celebrate God's bounty!
Art Zone 208 is a great place to unwind, be inspired, and find wonderful art gems by local artists including, photography, painting, jewelry, kilnformed glass, sculpture, ceramics, gifts, culinary delights, and more! First Friday at Art Zone is even better with wine, food, live music, and art demos. First Fridays are a great way to meet new friends.
Food, fun, wine and amazing art. This a great event to kick off your weekend!
First Fridays at Art Zone 208 are amazing ! Check it out !
It's a great way to spend an evening. Wine, Music and Art!
Here's a chance to actually meet the artists who do all the neat work in ArtZone208.
You can ask us how we do what we do and do we come up with these ideas in our sleep. It's so much better to know the "story" behind the art so then you have something to tell friends who ask you about it. right? See you there and come hungry and thirsty. Jeff Leedy
First Fridays are always a great time!
I love the First Friday events at Art Zone 208! Great fun hanging out with artists, listening to great music and sipping wine.
Expensive, but a large selection of brews. Most folks pouring beer had no idea about what they were pouring, couldn't tell you if it was extra hoppy, balanced, etc. Very few of the breweries had representatives.
Even the designated drivers had to pay a nominal fee, but didn't get a thing in return, not even something to get water with or a voucher for a soda.
Can't wait! LunchBOX knows how to throw a party!
